Taking into account of every respect for customers, according to HACCP system we have established monitoring routine supervision, management and quantitative examination system with strict compliance in farm .
Eels Born in sea, grows in fresh water. Living in clean and contamination free habitat, eel is the cleanest aquatic creature in the world. It is impossible to breed eel seeding through artificial environment mainly because eel has very special life circulation behavior and it is very difficult to simulate the behavior with human artificial environment.
Eel farm is earthen pond or fresh water pond. In strict compliance with HACCP system, we developed monitoring routine supervision, management and quantitative examination system in farm in the entire process from releasing seeding to their growth. The farm is regularly examined and assessed, the inspection is recorded and filed, supply is certified, supervision handbook is prepared, lot and batch is tracked so that the farm is effectively monitored.
